Tony has unmatched qualifications and experience in the race for Judge for the Court of Common Pleas of Columbia and Montour Counties.  Tony has extensive legal experience and a brings a deep commitment to public service to the position. 

 Tony has been practicing law in Columbia County for over 30 years.    He graduated from the University of Maryland Baltimore County in 1991 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and earned his Juris Doctorate from the Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.     He served for 10 years in the Columbia County District Attorney’s Office where he served as an Assistant District Attorney.  During his time in the District Attorney’s Office, he tried over 30 criminal trials to verdict.  Tony also has experience defending individuals charged with crimes.  He served as an Assistant Public Defender in Columbia County for 5 years.  During his career, Tony has appeared in court thousands of times. 

 On February 4, 2025, the Pennsylvania Senate confirmed the appointment of Tony as Judge of the Court of Common Pleas for Columbia and Montour Counties and he has served in that role since being sworn in on February 21, 2025.  Tony is currently actively serving as Judge and hearing cases every day.

 Tony is also strongly involved in the community.  He has served in leadership roles with the Berwick Rotary Club, Berwick Area Chamber of Commerce, Berwick Library Association and the Berwick Area United Way.  He also has been recognized by Beyond Violence for “extraordinary efforts to end domestic violence” and is currently a member of the Social Justice Circle working to end the homelessness problem in Columbia and Montour Counties.
